眼部带状疱疹病例分析

摘　　要：目的 了解眼部带状疱疹的临床表现及治疗情况。方法 对２９４例眼部带状疱疹病例的眼部损害及治疗进行分析。结果 患者平均年龄５５．７岁，＞５０岁者占６７．３％。眼部损害表现为眼睑损害（９３．５％），结膜炎（８８．８％），角膜炎（２６．５％），葡萄膜炎（６．５％），继发性青光眼（１．０％）及全眼球炎（０．３％）。结论 眼部带状疱疹损害广泛，及时正确治疗十分重要。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation and treatment of herpes zoster ophthalmicus. Methods In 294 cases with herpes zoster ophthalmicus, the eye lesion and treatment were studied. Results The average age of patients was 55.7 years, the patients over 50 being 67.3%. The manifestations of eye lesion appeared as eyelid lesion(93.5%), conjunctivitis(88.8%), keratitis(26.5%), uveitis(6.5%), secondary glaucoma(1. 0%) and panophthalmitis. Conclusion The eye lesions of herpes zoster ophthalmicus were various,and the treatment was important in its early stage of the disease.
