摘 要:目的对护骨胶囊水提液的多种成分进行定性分析与鉴别,为护骨胶囊水提液质量控制、药理药效研究提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)检测,Kromasil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-1%冰醋酸,流速0.8 mL/min,梯度洗脱,通过与相关药材色谱图进行比对,确认护骨胶囊水提液指纹图谱中各成分的归属。结果建立的高效液相色谱图中可检测出13个特征峰,其中4个色谱峰可明确化学成分的归属。结论建立的HPLC-DAD图谱表达了护骨胶囊水提液可测组分的整体特征,可用于护骨胶囊水提液的HPLC定性考察,提高该复方制剂质量控制的专属性。Objective To analyze and identify the chemical composition in water extracts from Hugu capsule and provide evidence for its pharmacological study and quality control.Methods A HPLC-DAD method was used.The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column with acetonitrile and 1% glacial acetic acid as mobile phase by gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The chemical composition in water extracts from Hugu capsule were identified by comparison with the related chromatographic fingerprint.Results Thirteen characteristic peaks were found in the HPLC chromatographic fingerprint,and four peaks were identified.Conclusion The HPLC-DAD fingerprint expressed the general character of the chemical composition in water extracts from Hugu capsule.It can be used for qualitative analysis of water extracts from Hugu capsule,and improve the quality of Hugu capsule.
