摘　　要：高血压是一种常见的慢性病,具有发病率高、病程长、疾病负担重的特点,如不积极治疗,会继发多种疾病,甚至危及生命。因此,如何构建有效的高血压防治策略,成为公共卫生工作的重心之一。研究表明,社区防治与管理是有效预防和控制高血压的重要途径。该文就国内高血压社区防治与管理的方法和经验予以综述,并对当前的管理模式进行思考与展望,为有效进行高血压防控提供依据和建议。Hypertension is a common and chronic disease with a high incidence,longer duration and heavy burden.The results of hypertension are kinds of secondary disease,even life-threatening.How to develop effective strategies for prevention and control of hypertension has become one of the focuses in public health work.Moreover,community prevention and management is an important way for hypertension control and managemet.Here is to make a review of the methods and experience of community integrated management and supervision of hypertension,and preview the current mode so as to provide basis for effective hypertension prevention and control.
