摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对女性乳腺恶性病变的诊断价值。方法选取2007年至2009年在解放军306医院进行健康查体的1000例女性,采用彩色多普勒超声对体检者双侧乳腺进行检查,对结节阳性者行病理诊断,结节阴性者(包括单纯小叶增生)定期随访3～5年。结果超声诊断为乳腺癌者11例,经病理诊断为浸润性导管癌6例,髓样癌2例,单纯癌2例,原位癌1例。125例超声诊断为有结节的良性病变者术后经病理检查,1例为癌前病变,超声的假阴性率为8%。结论早期乳腺癌超声诊断与病理学诊断符合率高,彩色多普勒超声检查是早期筛查诊断乳腺癌的良好方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in breast diseases in middle and old aged women.Methods One thousand women who took physical examination in 306th Hospital of PLA were involved in this study,color Doppler ultrasonography was adopted to detect the bilateral breasts,and nodus masccline positive cases were given pathological diagnosis and negative cases were regularly followed up for 3 to 5 years.Results Eleven cases were breast cancer detected by color Doppler ultrasonography,including 6 cases of infiltrating duct carcinoma,2 cases of medullary carcinoma,2 cases of carcinoma simplex,and 1 case of carcinoma in situ detected by pathologic diagnosis.125 cases of ultrasonography diagnosed benign lesion included 1 case of precancerosis,the false negative rate of ultrasonography was 8%.Conclusion Breast ultrasonography has high compliance rate with pathological diagnosis,and color Doppler is a good method for early screening of breast cancer.
