摘  要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者治疗前后诱导痰中趋化因子受体2(CXCR2)及其配体CXCL1表达量及肺功能、动脉血气分析指标的变化,明确其表达量与痰中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞数的相关性。方法选取2011年10月至2012年10月由南方医学院附属小榄医院收治的AECOPD患者90例(AECOPD组),同时选取呼吸内科患者168例,根据吸烟史及肺功能测定分为吸烟肺功能正常组(88例)和不吸烟肺功能正常对照组(80例)。对所有受试者留取诱导痰,计数中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞数;检测诱导痰CXCL1、CXCR2表达。结果 AECOPD组诱导痰CXCL1、CXCR2表达量显著高于对照组;其表达量与痰中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞数呈正相关。结论 CXCR2及CXCL1为炎性反应的表达因子,其表达增强反映炎性反应的急性加重。Objective To identify the expression of CXCR2 and CXCL1 in induced sputa of acute exacerbation of chronic obstruction of pulmonary disease(AECOPD) patients before and after treatment,and identify the changes of lung function and artery blood gas analysis,to make clear the relativity between the expression of CXCR2/CXCL1 and the number of neutrophil/macrophage cells.Methods This research included 258 cases from the respiratory department of Xiaolan Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University during Oct.2011 and Oct.2012,which were separated into 3 groups: AECOPD group(90 cases),and the rest 168 patients were divided into lung function normal smoking group(88 cases) and lung function normal non-smoking group(80 cases) according to their lung function results and smoking history.We gathered the induced sputa from all of the 258 people,calculated the number of neutrophil cells and macrophage cells,checked the expression of CXCR2 and CXCL1 in the induced sputa.Results The expression level of CXCR2 and CXCL1 in the induced sputa from AECOPD group is much higher than the other groups.The expression of CXCR2/CXCL1 and the number of neutrophil cells/macrophage cells are positively correlated.Conclusion CXCR2 and CXCL1 are inflammatory factors.The enhanced expressions of them reflect the aggravation of inflammation.
