摘　　要：目的分析计划无偿献血者与自愿无偿献血者的社会人口学特征,对无偿献血事业的认识途径和献血动机,献血环境对献血者的影响,探索自愿无偿献血招募模式形成的因素。方法选择2000～2005年共计7000份计划无偿献血者资料、2005～2010年8000份自愿无偿献血者资料,采用统计软件分析献血者的社会人口学特征,采取调查问卷的方式,随机抽取500名计划无偿献血者和500名自愿无偿献血者,对其献血历程进行调查。结果计划无偿献血者与自愿无偿献血者的社会人口学特征明显不同;献血者对无偿献血的初步认识来源于血站和媒体的无偿献血宣传,通过献血者之间的献血信息沟通交流,认识成熟,最终加入献血者队伍,计划无偿献血者和自愿无偿献血者的献血动机有明显的区别;献血环境对献血者的献血行为有重要意义。结论有目的、有策略地加大无偿献血的宣传,对巩固现有无偿献血者,发展新的无偿献血者,建立一支固定的无偿献血者队伍极其重要。Objective To analyse the social demographic characteristics of planned unpaid blood donors and voluntary unpaid blood donors,to know the way of free blood donation and motivation,blood donation environment influence on the blood donors,and explore the voluntary blood donation recruitment pattern formation factors.Methods A total of 7000 planned voluntary blood donors information from 2000 to 2005 and 8000 voluntary unpaid blood donors information from 2000 to 2005 were selected.Statistical software was used for the analysis of blood donor social demographic characteristics;500 planned unpaid blood donors and 500 voluntary unpaid blood donors were randomly selected for the questionnaire of blood donation course.Results The social demographic characteristics of planned unpaid blood donors and voluntary unpaid blood donors were significantly different;the preliminary understanding of the blood donors comes from the media publicity and blood stations.Through the communication among the donors,their understanding became more mature,and they joined the group finally.The motivation of planned unpaid donors and voluntary unpaid donors was definitely different.The blood donors＇ behavior would be impacted by the blood donation environment.Conclusion Increasing the publicity of the free blood donation with a purpose and strategy,is very important to explore new free blood donors and build up a steady population of free blood donors.
