阿德福韦酯联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者肝纤维化的疗效  

Effects of Adefovir Dipivoxil Combined with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet on the Hepatic Fibrosis in Patients with Chronic Viral Hepatitis B

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿德福韦酯联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化患者的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组在此基础上加用阿德福韦酯胶囊,观察组加用复方鳖甲软肝片和阿德福韦酯胶囊,疗程12个月。结果:入组时,两组患者血清ALT、AST和TBIL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12个月后,两组患者血清ALT、AST和TBIL水平较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),二者下降幅度相似(P>0.05)。入组时,两组患者血清肝纤维化指标(HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C和LN)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12个月后,两组患者血清肝纤维化指标(HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C和LN)水平较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),但观察组患者下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,观察组患者总有效率96.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方鳖甲软肝片联合阿德福韦酯可以有效延缓慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者纤维化的进展,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of adefovir dipivoxil combined with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian on patients with hepatic fibrosis secondary to chronic viral hepatitis B. Method：100 patients meeting the criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 patients in each group; all the patients of both groups were given basic treatments, additionally, the control group was given adefovir dipivoxil capsules, while the observation group were given with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian and adefovir dipivoxil capsules, and the courses of treatment were 12 months. Result： The differences in the serum ALT, AST and TBIL levels when entering the group between the two groups were statistically insignificant { P〉0.05 ） ; after 12-month treatments, the serum ALT, AST and TBIL levels of both groups were decreased when compared with those before the treatments（ P〈0.05 ）, and the decreasing extents of the two groups were similar （ P〉0.05 ）. The differences in the serum hepatic fibrosis indexes （ HA, PC Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C and LN ） levels when entering the group between the two groups were statistically insignificant （P〉0. 05） ; after 12-month treatments, the serum hepatic fibrosis indexes （HA, PC Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C and LN ） levels of both groups were decreased when compared with those before the treatments （P〈0.05）, but those of the observation group were decreased more significantly （ P〈0.05 ）. After 12-month treatments, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, was significantly higher than that of the control group （70.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conehtsion： Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian combined with adefovir dipivoxil can effectively delay the progression of hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B and elevate clinical therapeutic effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
