家属短期培训对脑梗死患者康复期康复效果的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:分析研究家属短期培训对脑梗死患者康复期康复效果的影响。方法:选取2010年10月至2012年4月的64例脑梗死康复期患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例,对照组进行常规的治疗护理及功能锻炼,观察组则在对照组的基础上对其家属进行短期培训,后将两组患者干预前及干预后1个月、2个月的康复锻炼遵从性进行比较。结果:观察组干预后1个月和2个月的康复锻炼遵从性较佳率高于对照组,RNADL量表各指标评分均高于对照组,Brunnstorm分级优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:家属短期培训对脑梗死患者康复期康复效果的影响较佳,可更快地促进机体功能的恢复。Objective： To analyze and study the influence of family members short-term training for the rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence. Method：64 patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence from October 2010 to April 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group were intervened with routine treatment, mersing and functional exercise, the observation group were intervened with family numbers shortterm training based on the intervention of control group,then the rehabilitation exercise compliance,RNADL score and Brunnstorm grading of two groups before and after the intervention at first and second month were compared. Result： The rehabilitation exercise compliance better rate of observation group higher than those of control group, all indexes of RNADL score were all higher than those of control group, Brunnstorm grading as better than those of control group too, P〈0.05, There＇s were all significant differences. Conclusioa：The influence of family members short-term training for the rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence is better,and it can quickly promote the rehabilitation of body function.
