摘　　要：介绍了工信部和上海市关于共建共享的相关政策;结合用户驻地网规划设计实践经验,详细论述了用户驻地网机房、管道、线缆等基础设施共建共享的建设要求和模式,提出了可行的解决方案。It describes the policy of customer premises network released by MIIT and Shanghai. In combination with customer premises network planning and designing experience, it specifies the communal building and sharing mode on telecommunications infra-structure, such as telecom equipment room, conduit, cable and fiber, etc. Final y it presents the feasible solution.
