摘　　要：①目的调查分析不同材质全口义齿满意度的影响因素。②方法在开滦康复医院、唐山市古冶区医院口腔科和唐山市古冶区大拇指牙科诊的无牙颌患者132名作为研究对象,采用全口义齿满意度问卷调查,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件统计,全口义齿戴用3个月后,分析不同材质对全口义齿满意度的影响。③结果年龄、文化程度、经济收入水平、无牙颌时间、牙槽嵴吸收程度方面不同基托材质全口义齿的构成不同(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度、经济收入、无牙颌时间、牙槽骨吸收程度,不同基托材质全口义齿的满意度有差异(P<0.05);影响全口义齿满意度多因素分析:文化程度、无牙颌时间是影响全口义齿满意度的主要因素。基托材质与全口义齿满意度无关。④结论患者的文化程度和无牙颌时间是全口义齿满意度的影响因素;基托材质与全口义齿满意度无关。Objective To investigate edentulous patients’satisfaction with diffrentm aterials complete dentures and analyze related influential factors.Methods Choose 132 patients without teeth and jaws as the research objects for denture repair in Kailuan Rehabilitation Hospital and Tangshan GuYe Dental Hospital,Tangshan Guye Thumb Dental Clinic.Investingate denture satisfaction questionnaire.The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 statistical package.After wearing the complete dentures for three months,we investigated by using the patient denture satisfaction questionnaire.Results Through the comparison between metal kitto group and resin kitto group,find that the difference among age,culture degree,income level,toothless jaw time,degree of alveolar ridge absorption,kitto materials,compared with composition of denture satisfaction degree,is statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Through the comparison between metal kitto group and resin kitto group,find that the difference among age,culture degree,income level,toothless jaw time,degree of alveolar ridge absorption,kitto materials,compared with complete denture satisfaction,is statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.The multiple factors analysis influencing metal kitto and resin kitto group satisfaction.Through the difference culture degree and toothless jaw time compared with complete denture satisfaction,is statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Different aterials complete dentures compared with complete denture satisfaction,is statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion The patients’ satisfaction with complete dentures may be influenced by culture degree and toothless jaw time,but Different aterials complete dentures is not relation.
