大株红景天注射液治疗老年感染性休克23例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察大株红景天注射液治疗老年感染性休克的临床疗效。方法将46例老年感染性休克患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各23例,对照组给予西医常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予大株红景天注射液静脉滴注,2组均治疗10d。观察2组治疗前后血气分析变化,判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率91.3%,对照组总有效率30.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后动脉血氧分压[p(O2)]与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后升高明显。结论大株红景天注射液治疗老年感染性休克疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of old septic shock with Large plants rhodiola injection.Methods 46 old septic shock patients were randomly divided into control group（n = 23）,which was treated by conventional western medicine therapy and treatment group（n = 23）,which was treated by intravenous infusion of Large plants rhodiola injection combined with conventional western medicine therapy.The course was ten days in two groups.Changes of blood gas analysis before and after treatment were observed in two groups and to determine the efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 91.3% in treatment group,and 30.4% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P 〈0.05）,that of treatment group was superior to that of control group.Arterial partial pressure of oxygen [p（O2） ]after treatment was obviously increased in treatment group,there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Large plants rhodiola injection has definite curative effect on the treatment of old septic shock.
