摘  要:目的探讨白术内酯对癌性恶病质小鼠血清细胞因子白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法 C57BL6小鼠接种小鼠肺腺癌(Lewis)细胞建立癌性恶病质动物模型,随机分为模型对照组、白术水煎剂组(DA)、白术内酯组(AT)、康莱特组(KLT),每组15只。治疗7d后观察白术内酯对癌性恶病质小鼠生理状况(体质量、摄食量等)及血清细胞因子TNF-α、IL-2的影响。结果各治疗组小鼠生理状况改善,体质量及摄食量增加,TNF-α水平均较模型组显著降低,IL-2水平较模型组显著提高(P<0.05)。但AT组与DA组、KLT组比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论白术内酯可能通过调节细胞因子改善癌性恶病质小鼠的一般状况。Objective To observe the effects of atractylenolide on TNF-α and IL-2 in cancer cachexia mice.Methods The animal cancer cachexia model was established by inoculating mice C57BL6 with tumor Lewis(lung adenocarcinoma).The cachectic cancer model mice were randomly divided into four groups.The cachectic cancer mice in AT group,DA group and KLT group were separately treated with the atractylenolide(AT),decoction of atractylodes macrocephal(DA) and Kanglaite(KLT).The improvement of physiological conditions(body weight and food intake) and the serum level of TNF-α and IL-2 of the cachectic mice were observed after treatment.Results The physiological conditions(body weight and food intake) in AT,DA and KLT groups improved at a faster rate than those of the control model mice.The serum level of TNF-αin treatment groups declined at a faster rate than that in the control model mice,and IL-2 in treatment groups rose at a faster rate than that in the control model mice.But the serum level of TNF-αand IL-2 in AT group were not significantly different with those of DA and KLT.Conclusion The possible mechanism of anticachectic effects of Atractylenolide related with modulating the change of cytokine(decreased the concentrations of TNF-α and increased the concentrations of IL-2).
