摘　　要：总结股浅静脉瓣膜包瓣术和腘静脉外肌襻形成术的治疗经验。方法：采用包瓣术治疗患者399例(405条下肢)；1291例(1639条下肢)作肌襻术。结果：包瓣术患者平均随访5年以上，疗效良好者占86%，好转者占12%；肌襻术患者平均随访8年以上，疗效满意者占80%，好转者占10%。结论：包瓣术是治疗下肢深静脉轻、中度倒流的优选手术；肌襻术是重度倒流和其他瓣膜重建术无法采用时的选用方法。To appraise the results of femoral valve banding and 'substitute valvae'operations in the treatment of deep venous incompetence of the lower limbs. Methods: External banding of the superficial femoral valve was performed in 399 patients(405 lower limbs); the “substitute valvae”procedure was performed in 1291 cases(1639 lower limbs). Results: Among the 405 limbs with valvular banding followed up for a mean period of over 5 years, the results were satisfactory in 86% of the cases, and moderately improved in 12%. The patients with “substitute valvae”were followed up for a mean period over 8 years, the results were satisfactory in 80% of cases and moderately improved in 10%. Conclusions: Valvular banding operation is indicated for patients with mild or moderate reflux of the deep veins of the lower limbs, while the “substitute valvae”procedure is the best choice for severe reflux when other valvular reconstructive operations are not indicated.
