葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合氯米芬治疗少弱精子症

摘　　要：目的观察葡萄糖酸锌联合氯米芬治疗少弱精子症的疗效并比较不同制剂的葡萄糖酸锌改善精子活力的疗效差异。方法将84例患者分为2组,即口服葡萄糖酸锌口服液+氯米芬及等剂量的口服葡萄糖酸锌片+氯米芬,3个月后观察两组患者精子数量和活力差异。结果治疗后两组患者精子活力和数量均有明显提高,但葡萄糖酸锌口服液组活力改变更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯米芬联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗男性少弱精子症有效,葡萄糖酸锌口服液对精子活力的改善效果比片剂更佳。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of zinc gluconate oral liquid and clomiphene on oligospermia and astheno- spermia and compare the effect of different form of zinc gluconate on improving the activity of sperm. Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, group of zinc gluconate oral liquid and clomiphene and group of isodose zinc gluconate tablet and clomiphene, 3 months later, the difference of amount and activity of sperm between 2 groups were observed. Results The amount and activity of sperm in both groups were obviously improved, however, that in the group of zinc gluconate oral liquid were improved more obviously, the difference between two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treatment of zinc gluconate oral liquid and clomiphene was effective on oligo- spermia and asthenospermia. Zinc gluconate oral liquid was more effective on activity of sperm compared with tablet.
