摘　　要：目的 :探讨尸体肾移植对终末期尿毒症的治疗效果。方法 :对 9例终末期尿毒症患者采用尸体肾做移植。结果 :9例肾移植患者术后出现了不同的并发症 ,但经过及时正确的治疗均获成功。结论 :尸体肾移植是治疗终末期尿毒症最有效的方法 ,可以极大的提高生活质量 ,但术后并发症的及时发现和治疗至关重要 ,对人。OBJECTIVE: To study curative effeets of cadaveric rend transplantation which is used to treat end stage urinemia. METHODS:9 cases of end stage urinema were subjected to cadaveric renal transplantutions. RESULTS: Various complications were found in 9 cases with kidney transplantation after tramsplantation, but all patients underwent successes by treating timely and waurately. CONCLUSION:Caduveric rend transplantation is the most effective methods in the treatment for end stadge urinemia and can improve greatly living quality, but it is very important that we find and has tremendous effects on the surcival of the people and kidney.
