南宁市西乡塘区2009-2011年一站式免费婚前医学检查效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析南宁市西乡塘区一站式免费婚前医学检查结果,总结免费婚检的工作经验,以达到提高婚检率、降低出生缺陷的目的。方法选择2009-2011年在广西自治区妇幼保健院进行婚前医学检查的人员作为研究对象。结果开展一站式免费婚检服务后,结婚登记人群的婚检率由2009年的4.05%上升至2011年的100%。疾病检出率由1.86%上升至16.91%,其中地中海贫血筛查阳性率由7.19%上升为14.75%。结论婚姻登记和婚前保健相结合的一站式整体服务模式,可显著提高婚检率和疾病检出率,对降低出生缺陷,提高出生人口素质有重要意义。[ Objective ] To evaluate the implementation effectiveness of the free one-stop premarital medical check-up service in Xixiangtang District, Nanning City. To summarize the experience in order to increase check-up rate and decrease birth defect. [ Methods ] The data of those who got premarital check-up in our hospital during 2009-2011 was collected and analyzed. [ Resluts ] The check-up rate increased from 4.05% in 2009 to 100% in 2011. The disease detection rate increased from 1.86% to 16.91%. The Thalassemia screening positive rate increased from 7.19% to 14.75%. [ Conclusion ] The one-stop premarital check-up service, which combined the wedding registration and premarital health-care service, can significantly increase the check-up rate and disease detection rate, and thus promote the prevention of birth defect and raise birth quality.
