宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜强回声团块的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究超声提示子宫内膜强回声团块的患者是否患有子宫内膜病变,探讨宫腔镜对子宫内膜强回声团块的诊断价值。方法回顾分析2010年8月至2012年8月在深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院就诊的B超检查提示子宫内膜强回声团块的患者119例,全部行宫腔镜检查及诊断性刮宫,组织行病理检查。结果宫腔镜检查88例(73.95%)宫腔内存在病变,83例(69.75%)有子宫内膜息肉。宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉的敏感度、特异度、假阴性率、假阳性率分别为97.59%、93.55%、2.41%、6.45%。结论宫腔镜能为B超检查提示子宫内膜强回声团块的患者,提供子宫内膜有无病变准确诊断,具有较高的诊断价值。[ Objective ] To discuss whether patients have endometrial diseases when ultrasound showing endometrial dense-echo mass. To evaluate the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy on endometrial dense-echo mass . [ Methods ] Retrospectively analyzing 119 patients of endometrial dense-echo mass indicated by uhrasonography in Re- productive health clinic from August, 2010 to august, 2012, All patients underwent hysteroscopy, diagnostic curettage and pathological exsamination. [ Resluts ] By hy-steroscopy, it was found that 88 patients （73.95 %） had abnormal cavity, and there were 83 eases （69.75 %） be diagnosed endometrial polyp.The sensitivity,specificity, false negative rate, and false positive rate of hysteroscopy for diagnosing endometrial polyp was 97.59%,93.55 %,2.41%,and 6.45% , respectively. [ Conclusion ] Hysteroscopy is a accurate method to the diagnose of endometrium disorders to patiens of endometrial dense-echo mass indicated by uhrasonography, and it has a high diagnosie value.
