微机联网中心摆药的经济价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微机联网中心摆药的经济价值。方法随机抽取我院实行微机联网中心摆药后的１００例住院病人，就其口服药药费与微机联网中心摆药前的１００例病人进行了对比观察研究．结果微机联网中心摆药后，病人住院期间口服药药费平均每人降低２７．１元，经ｔ检验，Ｐ＜０．０１，微机联网中心摆药后病人的口服药药费有显著性差异．结论微机联网中心摆药能有效降低住院病人的口服药药费，并提高了工作效率，使药品管理规范化，医院管理科学化，使医院的管理水平上了一个新台阶，提高了医院的信誉及社会影响力．Objective To evaluate the economic value regarding computer- network-assisted internet central medicine displaying. Methods 100 hospital in-patients were investigated respectively pre and post computer- network - assisted central medicine display- ing regarding the oral medicine cost. Results After the computer-network- assisted central medicine displaying the oral medicine cost can reduce 27. 1 yuan. The difference is significant(p<0.01). Conclusions computer-network-assisted central medicine displaying can effectively reduce the in-patients' oral medicine cost ,improve the working efficiency, make the medicine management more formal,and the hospital management more scientific. So the hospital management level go up to a new stage, the reputation and social affect of our hospital is also improved.
