摘  要:目的 用氧耗法鉴别非热电损伤肌组织的变化。方法 用生物组织氧耗测量系统 ,自制媒介溶液和非热高压电损伤系列模型 ,于伤后 2h等各时间点在伤肢各区切取 12mm× 10mm× 1mm的肌片 ,行组织氧耗量测定 ,电脑打印数据 ,同部位取材组织学检测。结果 实验兔 4 0只 ,标本 182块。 2 0个标本氧耗在 9.77kPa/10 0s(50 % )以下 ,光镜下为坏死 ,大部氧耗在 16 .90~ 9.87kPa/10 0s(84 %~ 51% )之间 ,组织学为坏死、变性和正常共存 ,轻度损伤E区氧耗在 17kPa/10 0s(85% )以上 ,与组织学表现一样 ,基本正常。结论 氧耗法在电损伤肌肉组织损伤程度鉴别上 ,方便、迅速和准确 ,有一定的应用价值。Objective To judge the extents of muscle change using the method of Oxygen Consumption Measurement (OCM) in the high electrical injuries.Methods A type of New Ⅲ Tissue Oxygen Consumption Measurement was employed and intermediary liquid including Linge 500 ml,K+100 mg,Ca 50 mg was used.Muscle slices of 12 mm×10 mm×1 mm taked out from the sits of A、B、C、D and E of the injury leg of rabbit animal model established by that laboratory was immersed in the intermediary liquide,then the Oxygen consumption (OC) of muscle was manegeged,and the result data was printed by a computer at the same time;the same sample of muscle was examed using histology observations.Results Total of 182 samples from 40 experimental rabbits with hind leg high voltage electerical injury was examined using both OCM and pathology method.OC of 20 samples is less than <9.77 kPa/100 s(50%) is identical with necrosis of the muscle in histology,OC of majority of the samples is of 16.90~9.78 kPa/100 s(84%~51%)is identical with the histology observations of necrosis,different degeneration and part of normality;OC of 5 samples in E site is>17 kPa/100 s(85%) and with normal histology appearance.The result of OCM is identical with the hisology.Conclusion OCM is a convenient and useful method for the jugement of muscle injury and necrosis with electrical injuries. [
