摘 要:切割弹作为一种将烟火切割技术与固体火箭装药设计结合的新型弹药,可实现无能源条件下的快速切割,这对于战场和抢险救灾(地震、雪灾等)的应急切割具有重要意义。初始通气参量作为弹体设计的一个重要参量,对弹体的装药设计,弹内压强和燃烧速率都有一定影响。本文通过设计实验对不同初始通气参量取值进行分析,研究其对切割效果的影响。实验结果表明,初始通气参量取值为30~90之间时,弹内燃烧速率和喷嘴出口射流流速不断增大,切割时间单调减小;取值为60左右时,其出口射流流速和切割时间的组合可实现较好地切割效果。Cutting ammunition is a new type of ammunition and its cutting principle is based on the pyrotechnic cutting technology and charge of solid rocket design. It can make cutting without external energy which has significance for field emergency rescue and disaster relief (such as earthquakes and snowstorms, etc). Initial aerate parameter is an important factor for ammunition design which has great influence on charge of design, pressure and combus- tion velocity. We designed experiments to study the effect of cutting influenced by different values of initial aerates parameter. The experimental results show that when the values of initial aerate parameter range from 30 to 90, the combustion velocity and nozzle velocity of jet monotonic increase,and the working time of cutting monotonic decreases. When the ini- tial aerate parameter values about 60, it makes a better effect of cutting by reasonable com- bination of nozzle velocity of jet and working time of cutting.
