乌体林斯治疗菌阳肺结核的临床观察

摘　　要：观察和评价化疗并用乌体林斯治疗菌阳肺结核的疗效。方法　将 191例初、复治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为A、B、C、D组 ,A、C组 (各 50例 )分别采用 2H3R3Z3S3/ 4H3R3和 2H3R3Z3E3S3/6H3R3E3加乌体林斯方案治疗 ;B组 (4 6例 )、D组 (4 5例 )单纯用 2H3R3Z3S3/ 4H3R3和 2H3R3Z3E3S3/6H3R3E3方案治疗。观察治疗后肺部病灶吸收 ,痰菌阴转情况。结果　 2月末痰菌阴转率 :A、B组分别为 96 0 %和 78 3% ;C、D组分别为 92 0 %和 6 8 9% ;疗程结束痰菌阴转率A、B组分别为 98 0 %和87 0 % ;C、D组 96 0 %和 77 8%。疗程结束胸部X线改善有效率 :A、B组 96 0 %和 84 8% ;C、D组92 0 %和 73 3%。空洞闭合A、B、C、D组分别为 80 9%、6 3 2 %、76 0 %、6 0 9%。结论　乌体林斯能提高痰菌阴转率 ,促进病灶吸收 ,提高免疫细胞活性 ,是一种较好的免疫制剂。Objective To Observe and evaluate the curative effect of positive bacteria pulmonary tuberculosis treated with chemotherapy and Utilin “S”.Methods 191 primary and re treated positive bacteria pulmonary tuberculosis cases were separated into groups A、B、C、D at random.Group A(50 cases) and group C (50 cases) were treated with 2H 3R 3Z 3S 3/4H 3R 3 and 2H 3R 3Z 3E 3S 3/6H 3R 3E 3 which Utilin “S” is added to.Group B (46 cases) and group D (45 cases) treated with 2H 3R 3Z 3S 3/4H 3R 3 and 2H 3R 3Z 3E 3S 3/6H 3R 3E 3 alone.Then observe the foci absorption and the sputum negative conversion.Results At the end of 2 months,the sputum negative conversion rate to groups A、B、C、D was separately 96 0%,78 3%,92 0% and 68 9%.At the end of treatment,the sputum negative conversion rate to groups A、B、C、D was separately 98 0%,87 0%,96 0% and 77 8%;the foci absorption rate to groups A、B、C、D was separately 96 0%,84 8%,92 0% and 73 3%;cavity close up was separately 80 9%,63 2%,76 0% and 60 9%.Conclusion Utilin “S” can improve the sputum negative conversion rate,accelerate the foci absorption and improve the vitality of immune cells.It is a better immunity injection.
