一种双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯型荧光增白剂合成研究

摘　　要：通过DSD酸钠与三聚氯氰缩合后,再分别与牛磺酸和二甘醇胺进行缩合,制得双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类液体荧光增白剂。研究了缩合工艺中的时间、pH值、助溶剂等因素对反应速度及转化率的影响,并通过盐析、纳滤脱盐、加入助溶剂等方法来改善产品性能。实验结果表明:第1步缩合时通过加入丙酮反应时间缩短,转化率提高;反应液经过纳滤脱盐精制得到氯化钠含量较低的产品,固含量提高、稳定性更好。Liquid fluorescent whitening agent of Bis（triazinylamino） stilbene was prepared through condensation of DSD acid and cyanuric chloride and then further condensed respectively with taurine and diglycolamine. The inflluences of the reaction time, pH and cosolvent on reac- tion speed and conversion ratio were studied, and the performance of the products were improved by salting-out, nano-filtration and addition of cosolvent. The reaction time was shortened and the conversion rate was increased by adding acetone in condensation in the first step; and sodium chloride content was decreased and solid content was increased and stability was improved when the reaction liquid was nano-filtration purified.
