摘 要:随着现代农业基础设施的逐步完善和物流建设的发展,烟叶生产基础建设的合理布局规划成为烟草行业可持续发展的焦点问题。比如,烟叶生产物流建设存在布局规划不合理、物流成本居高不下的现象。为解决该问题,通过聚类分析合理划分现有烟草点,基于烟叶收购站投资总成本最小化,提出将单个配送中心选址方法中经典的重心法与聚类分析方法相结合,加以改进后用于确定产烟区多个站点的选址,最后通过算例验证了该方法的可行性。With the gradual improvement of modern agricultural infrastructure construction and the development of logistics, the rational distribution of tobacco production infrastructure planning to become the focus issues of the tobacco industry sustainable development. But at present, the tobacco production logistics construction layout planning is unreasonable and the cost of logistics remains high. To solve this problem, this paper will divide the existing tobacco points by cluster analysis reasonably, and using the tobacco purchasing station optimization method based on the minimal total cost of investment. Then, an improved classic gravity method which is chosen from the single distribution center location methods combines with the cluster analysis method to determine the location of purchasing stations. A case study is employed to prove its feasibility.
