莫沙必利联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨莫沙必利联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱（DNB）的疗效及安全性。方法将120例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者采用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。两组患者均接受基础治疗，包括降糖、降压、营养神经以及调节血脂等，观察组在此基础上加用莫沙必利与胰激肽原酶治疗．两组治疗时间均为3周。观察两组疗效、血糖、血脂、尿动力学、生活质量以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为93．33％，明显高于对照组的65．00％（X^2=14．602，P〈0．01）；观察组不良反应发生率为8．33％，明显低于对照组的20．00％（X^2=11．368，P〈0．01）。结论莫沙必利联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的疗效显著，能够明显改善患者的临床症状及提高患者的生活质量，应在临床上加以推广并应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of mosapride combined withpancreatic kallikrein in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder（DNB）. Methods According to the digital table,120 patients with DNB were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group 60 cases, All patients received basic treatment, including reducing blood glucose, reducing blood pressure, nutrition nerve and resisting blood lipids, and the observation group was accepted the treatment of original enzyme plus mosapride pancreatic kinin on basis of the above treatment. The treatment time of the two groups was both 3 weeks, The effect, blood sugar, blood lipids, uro-dynamic,quality of life, and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 65.00% ） （X^2 = 14. 602 ,P 〈0.01 ） ;the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 8, 33% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group （20.00%） （ X^2 = 11. 368, P 〈 0, 01 ）. Conclusion Mosapride combined with pancreatic kal- likrein in thetreatment of DNB has better effect, and could significantly improve the .clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients. So it should be promoted and applied.
