摘  要:为了研究粗镁直接熔炼AM50镁合金中夹杂物对力学性能的影响,对镁合金锭三个取样位置进行金像分析、拉伸及冲击试验.通过扫描电镜对断口形貌进行分析,并用能谱分析夹杂物的成分.结果表明:AM50的拉伸强度达到184.73 MPa,伸长率为1.54%,冲击韧性达到8.311 J/cm2,断裂方式为脆性断裂和韧性断裂两种混合断裂机制.夹杂物的主要类型为金属夹杂物和非金属夹杂物两大类,主要有MgO、Mg3N2、MgCl2、CaCl2、Al4C3和一些富Fe的夹杂物,并且形状各异,以镁的氧化物夹杂最为常见.In order to investigate the effect of inclusions on the mechanical properties of AM50 magnesium alloy prepared by direct smelting of crude magnesium, the metallographic analysis as well as tensile and impact tests were conducted for the specimens sampled from three different positions of magnesium alloy ingot. The morphologies of fracture surfaces were observed with scanning electron microscope ( SEM), and the composition of inclusions was analyzed with energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that for the AMS0 magnesium alloy, the tensile strength reaches 184.73 MPa, the elongation is 1.54%, and the impact toughness is 8. 311 J/cm2. The fracture mode exhibits the mixed brittle and ductile fracture. The main inclusions are the metallic and non-metallic inclusions, including MgO, Mg3N2, MgCI2, CaC12, Al4C3 and some Fe-rich inclusions. The inclusions have different shapes, and the most common inclusions are magnesium oxides.
