摘　　要：目的探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)的变化在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清中的表达,及NF-κB与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关性。方法收集80例PCOS患者及20例正常对照组应用酶联免疫法测血清中NF-κB水平,同时对PCOS患者进行葡萄糖耐量(OGTT)及胰岛素释放实验。根据胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),PCOS患者分为IR组40例(HOMA-IR≥2.69),非IR组40例(HOMA-IR<2.69)。结果①PCOS患者NF-κB明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),PCOS并IR组NF-κB明显高于PCOS非IR组(P<0.05);②Pearson相关分析显示,NF-κB与HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05),与胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS患者NF-κB血清水平与IR关系密切;炎症可能通过影响IR成为PCOS的发病机制之一。Objective： Tomeasure serum Nuclear Factor κB（NF-κB） levels and analyze its associations with insulin resistance（IR） in polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods： 80 PCOS women and 20 ovulating healthy women with body mass index（BMI） as controls were recruited.PCOS women were divided to two groups： 40 HOMA-IR≥2.69 patients as IR group;40 HOMA-IR 2.69 as non-IR group.Serum NF-κB was assayed by euzymelinked immunosorbent assay.0ral glucose tolerance test（OGTT） and insulin sensitivity were also assessed in PCOS patients.Resulst： ① PCOS group presented markedly higher NF-κB than controls group（P 0.05）,and the NF-κB is higher in the IR-PCOS group than non-IR-PCOS group（P 0.05）.②Univariate analysis revealed that NF-κB was significantly and positively correlation with HOMA-IR（P 0.05）;NF-κB was significantly and negatively correlation with ISI（P 0.05） in patients with PC0S.Conclusions： NF-κB was significantly and positively correlation with HOMA-IR（P 0.05）;Chronic inflammation may be one of pathogenesis by impacting IR in PCOS.
