摘 要:新生儿时期接受氧疗虽可挽救患儿的生命,但也可带来许多高氧相关的损伤。目的研究高氧对新生大鼠肠黏膜sIgA及肠道分泌片表达的影响。方法建立高氧动物模型,采用Elisa直接检测法检测sIgA,并采用Western blot方法观察检测肠道分泌片蛋白表达量的变化。结果高氧组新生大鼠肠黏液sIgA较空气组明显升高(P<0.01),肠道分泌片蛋白表达量与空气组相比明显增加(P<0.01)。结论持续高氧作用下,新生大鼠肠黏液分泌SIgA及肠道分泌片均增多,增强肠道抵御细菌、毒素的能力以及肠道的免疫功能,以保持肠道粘膜的完整性。Background: Although the oxygen therapy during neonatus stage can save lives,it still brings kinds of damage to the infant.Objective: Discover the variety of sIgA and secretory component in intestinal tract of new born rats under hyperoxia environment.Methods: The midpieces of small intestine from rats hyperoxia-diposed models were collected.Some sections of these were subjected to HE-stain,while others were tested using techniques of Elisa for sIgA expression examination,immunofluorescence and Western blot for secretory component expression variaty.Results: The level of sIgA and secretory component of hyperoxia group was higher than the control group(P 0.01).Conclusion: The content of sIgA and secretory component of small intestine of infants is increased after the management of hyperoxia.And it could play an important role in the rebuild of intestinal mucosal barrier and the activation of intestinal immunologic function.
