主动免疫疗法联合地屈孕酮片治疗复发性流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察主动免疫法联合地屈孕酮片治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法将经临床筛查确诊为封闭抗体阴性复发性流产(URSA)的患者100例分为两组,治疗组50例,采用淋巴细胞主动免疫法+地屈孕酮片治疗,并比较治疗前后封闭率的改变;对照组50例,采用传统保胎疗法(黄体酮注射液)治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组妊娠成功率74%,对照组妊娠成功率52%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论淋巴细胞主动免疫法联合地屈孕酮片治疗复发性流产成功率较高,有较可靠的应用价值。Objective： To study the effect of active immunotherapy and Dydrogesterone Tablets in treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods： One hundred patients diagnosed as unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion were divided into two groups,50 patients in trial group were treated by active immunotherapy with lymphocytes and Dydrogesterone Tablets,and 50 patients in control group were treated with progesterone.The blocking rates were compared before and after immunotherapy in trial group.Results： The successful rate of pregnancy in trial group was 74% and that in control group was 52%.There wassignificantly statistcal difference between these two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Active immunotherapy with lymphocytes and Dydrogesterone Tablets may act as an effec-tive and safe method for treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.
