美托洛尔治疗舒张性心力衰竭合并的心律失常

摘　　要：目的观察美托洛尔(Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets,商品名:倍他乐克)对舒张性心力衰竭(diastolic heartfailure,DHF)患者心律失常的临床疗效。方法入选DHF患者93例,按纽约心脏协会(New York Heart Association,NYHA)心功能分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级,主要表现为舒张功能不全,同时合并心律失常,随机分成美托洛尔治疗组45例及对照组47例,两组患者均给予抗心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF)的常规治疗,治疗组患者加用美托洛尔23.75～95mg/d,疗程6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后NYHA心功能分级及心律失常改善情况。结果 (1)对于CHF治疗方面,美托洛尔治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率为76.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。(2)与对照组比较,美托洛尔治疗组患者24小时心律失常有效率(88.9%)明显高于对照组(66.0%),两组存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论美托洛尔治疗舒张性心力衰竭合并心律失常效果显著,改善心功能分级,减少心律失常发生。Objective To Observe the therapeutic effect of metoprolol tartrate on diastolic heart failure（DHF）patients combined with arrhythmias.Methods ninty two patients with DHF（NYHA class Ⅱ～IV）combined with arrhythmias were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in the metoprolol group and 47 cases in the control group.Routine drug therapies were given to the patients of both groups.In addition,metoprolol tartrate（23.75～95mg/d）was applied to the metoprolol group.Cardiac function according to NYHA classification and the incidence of arrhythmias were re-evaluated after 6 months treatment.Results Compared with the control group,higher improvement of the heart function（93.3% vs 76.6%,p0.05）and higher effectiveness of the anti-arrhythmias（88.9% vs 66.0%,p0.05）were observed in the metoprolol group.Conclusions Metoprolol could effectively improve the heart function,and reduce the incidenceofarrhythmiasin diastolicheartfailurepatients.
