脱氢松香基12位芳基取代衍生物的合成与光学性质

摘　　要：以歧化松香为原料,将其纯化得到脱氢松香酸,用硫酸二甲酯酯化后,通过12位溴代、7位氧化、13位硝化得到7-羰基-12-溴-13-硝基脱氢松香酸甲酯(5),5与4种芳基硼酸经钯催化的Suzuki交叉偶联反应,得到一系列脱氢松香基12位芳基取代衍生物。采用核磁共振谱、质谱、红外光谱等测试技术对产物进行了结构表征,并对其紫外光谱、荧光光谱等光学性质进行了初步的研究。Starting from dehydroabietic acid which was purified disproportionated rosin,one important intermedia,methyl 12-bromo-13-nitro-7-oxo dehydrodeisopropylabietate（5） was synthesized through methylation,7-oxidation,12-bromination and 13-nitration.Then treatment of it with four kinds of arylboronic acids by palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction resulted in a series of 12-aryl substituted derivatives of methyl dehydroabietate.The structures of the compounds were characterized by IR,MS,1H NMR and 13 C NMR.The opticalproperties of the products,such as their ultraviolet-visible spectrum and fluorescent spectrum were determined and studied.
