摘 要:系统调峰能力影响着系统对风电出力的接纳程度,论文以风电场对系统调峰能力的影响为目的,分析了风电运行特性对系统调峰的影响,并以调峰为约束,提出了基于系统调峰容量和调峰速度约束的风电装机最优容量规划计算方法。该方法以风电运行净收益最大为目标,建立了风电装机容量规划模型,并根据系统调峰约束,结合各不同来风概率状态对应的风电机组发电特性,提出了迭代求解的规划算法并进行了实例分析。最后,论文依据负荷的几种变化趋势对算例结果进行了比较分析,指出负荷的变化会影响风电场最优装机容量,而低谷负荷的变化对风电场最优装机的影响更加显著。The ability of system peak load regulation impact- ed the acceptance degree of wind power to system, so the in- fluence of wind power operation characteristics on system peak load regulation is analyzed, and a planning calculation method is proposed based on capacity of system peak load regulation and installed optimal capacity of wind power un- der constraints of peak load regulation speed. The objective of proposed method is the maximum net benefit of wind power operation, and the planning mode of the installed ca- pacity of wind power is built. In addition, according to the constraints of system peak load regulation, by combining gen- eration characteristics of wind power units under different wind condition and its probability, the planning model solved by iter- ative algorithm is presented and it is analyzed with example. In the end, the results are compared and analyzed according to several variation trends of load, and it is pointed out that varia- ble load will influence the optimized stalled capacity of wind power, and the variation of off-peak load affect the optimized install capacity of wind power more obviously.
