摘　　要：近年来,建筑施工行业的竞争日益激烈,企业利润空间缩小,生存和发展陷入困境,很多企业寄希望于通过成本管理寻找出路。文章通过分析我国工程项目成本管理中存在的问题,力图从"全过程成本管理"出发,在前人研究的基础上,提出一套从项目设计到最后竣工结算的成本管理思路。In recent years,the construction industry faces increasingly fierce competition,corporate profit margins is shrinking,survival and development are in trouble,many enterprises hope to find a way out through cost management.By analyzing the problems existing in the engineering project cost management in our country,the paper put forward a method of cost management which is from design to final completion and settlement of project on the basis of ＂the whole process cost management＂.
