摘　　要：如何将有限的网络资源有效地投放到最合理的地方,成为当前研究的一个重要课题。通过深入分析Abis口数据,结合站点覆盖、容量、话务统计与收益等数据的合理性分析评估,总结出一套基于Abis口数据挖掘与利用的网络资源有效投放方案,最终实现了网络覆盖、质量等性能和网络设备收益最大化。How In effectively limited network resources devoted to the most logical place, has becoming an important topic of current research. This paper analysis and evaluation of the reasonableness through in-depth data of Abis interface, binding site coverage, capacity, converse and gain. resulted Abis interface based on a set of data mining and utilization of network resources efficiently running programs, ultimately, achieved network coverage, qualily and the network equipment revenue maximization.
