摘  要:目的分析我市首起布鲁氏菌家庭聚集性疫情的特征,探讨我市布鲁氏菌病发病原因和控制措施。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法对首起家庭布病聚集性疫情进行调查分析,采用试管凝集试验检测布病抗体,采用分子生物学技术对布病病原菌进行分型鉴定。结果根据《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》(WS269-2007),确诊家庭聚集性病例2例,病例为夫妻俩,年龄均为54岁,从事羊只养殖贩卖及屠宰。暴露因素为屠宰羊清洗羊胎羊杂感染,病例血清学检测结果为1∶1 600,布氏菌型鉴定结果为羊种1型。结论本起布鲁氏病病菌为羊种1型,宰杀染疫羊清洗羊胎羊杂是引起本起家庭聚集性布病疫情的危险因素。加强对交易市场羊群检疫和职业人群防护是防控人间布病的关键。Objective To analyze features of the first outbreak of brucellosis clustering in family and explore cau- ses and control and prevention measures of brucellosis. Methods The field epidemiology investigation method was adopted to conducted the analysis and investigation. The test tube agglutination test was adopted to detect antibodies of brucella, and the molecular biological technique was used to identify the type of brucella patho- genic bacteria. Results According to the" diagnostic criteria of brucellosis" (WS269 -2007), 2 cases were diagnosed as family clustering brucellosis. The two cases were couple who were both 54 years old and engaged in the sheep breeding trafficking and slaughter. The infection factors were abatageing the flock of goat, wash- ing goat intestines and goat fetus. Serological test results of cases was 1 : 1 600. The identification nesuh was B. melitensis biovar 1. Conclusions The brucella was B. melitensis biovar 1. washing goat intestines and goat fetus maybe the infection factors of brucellosis. flock of goats in the market and protective measure of occupation personnel is control and prevention. Abatageing the flock of goat, Enhancing the quarantine of very important for brucellosis
