摘　　要：目的了解2005-2010年南宁市结核病控制项目实施效果,为政府防控决策提供科学依据。方法 2005-2010年对南宁市规划指标、归口管理、强化治疗督导等措施进行评价。结果 2005-2010年南宁市共发现新发涂阳病人3 147例,治愈2 943例,治愈率93.5%。结论通过项目的实施,新发涂阳肺结核病人发现明显增多,病人治愈率明显提高,传染源得到有效控制。该项目是必要的、可行的、科学的。Objective To study the implementation effects on tuberculosis control project in Nanning from 2005 to 2010, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of government decision - making. Methods The cityg planning index, the centralized management and intensive chemotherapy supervisory were evaluated. Results A total of 3 147 cases of new smear - positive tuberculosis patients in Nanning were found from 2005 to 2010, and 2 943 cases were cured with the cure rate as 93.5%. Conclusions Through the implementation of the tuberculosis control project, the number of new smear - positive tuberculosis patients increased and the cure rate was significantly improved, the source of infection has been effectively controlled. The project is nec- essary, feasible and scientific.
