一次性塑料真空血沉管与传统魏氏血沉管的临床应用对照研究

摘　　要：目的研究使用一次性真空血沉管测定红细胞沉降率(血沉)的可行性。方法入选220例病人,每一病人采血2管。甲管用一次性塑料真空血沉管测定,乙管按传统魏氏法操作测定,一小时读数。两种方法配对比较。结果一次性塑料真空血沉管测得值与传统魏氏法结果一致,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论用一次性真空血沉管检测血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR),方法简单、可靠,安全性好,可以替代传统魏氏法,适合临床应用推广。Objective To study the practicability of one - off vacuum blood sedimentation tube. Methods 220 cases were selected, and every patient was collected with 2 tube of blood. A tube was determined by one - off vacuum blood sedimentation tube, and B tube was determined by traditional westergren method. Read the number every one hour and the two methods were compared with each other. Results The measured value of one - off vacuum blood sedimentation tube was in accordance with the results of traditional westergren method. There was no statistical difference between both （ P 〉 0.05） . Conclusions One - off vacuum blood sedimen- tation tube method is simple, relible and safe, which can replace the manual westergren method and be suit- able for clinical application.
