摘　　要：淮安市清安河穿运涵洞工程是南水北调截污导流江苏境内管径最大的顶管工程。在该顶管工程实施过程中,针对黏土夹礓夹岩的特殊地质条件,通过充分研究论证,对顶管掘进机头进行专门研究和改造,保证了顶管工程的顺利实施。本文对此加以论述。Huai＇ an Qinganhe crossing culvert project is the biggest-diameter pipe-jacking project within Jiangsu province in mediating closure of sewage project in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. During the construction period of the pipe-jacking project, for the special geological conditions of clay mixed mortar and rocks, after efficient research and argument, the handpiece of tunneller is studied and transformed, which guarantees the successful construction of the pipejacking project.
