摘　　要：放淤固堤是在黄河下游利用黄河水流含沙量较高的特点,将浑水或利用机械拌制的泥浆,通过自流或机械压力输送到沿堤洼地或人工、机械修筑的围堤内,降低流速、沉沙落淤、加固堤防的工程措施。Dike strengthening by colmation is a kind of engineering measure used to decrease flow speed, settle mud and strengthen dike in the downstream of the yellow river. Dike strengthening by eolmation takes advantage of the character of the Yellow River＇s high sediment content, transmitting mud and muddy water mixed by machines to depressions alongside the dike or inside manual and mechanical dike through gravitational flow or mechanical pressure.
