摘　　要：目的评价抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文精简版（DASS-C21）的信度和效度，为该量表在中国内地护理人群中的应用提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法在长沙、郴州地区二、三级医院中抽取645例护理人员进行问卷调查；采用内部一致性信度、分半信度和建构信度进行信度评价，采用内容效度、效标关联效度和结构效度进行效度评价。结果（1）项目分析结果表明，DASS-C21各项目与总分有较高相关；（2）DASS-C21有较高的内部一致性信度、分半信度和建构信度；（3）DASS-C21有良好的效标关联效度、内容效度和结构效度。结论DASS-C21量表具有良好的信度和效度，可以作为中国内地护理人群心理健康状况的有效评价工具。Objective To assess the reliability and validity of Chinese Short Version oi l）epresslon Anxiety and Stress Scale （DASS-C21） in nursing staff. Methods Totally 645 nurses from second- class and third-class hospitals of Changsha and Chengzhou completed 21-Item Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale （DASS-C21） and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed. Results The corre- lation between each item and its corresponding subscale was high. The three subscales had high internal consistency, split half and composite reliability. The whole scale had good criterion-related, content and construct validity. Conclusions The Chinese short Version of Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale is a reliable and valid instrument, and is suitable for the use in nursing staff.
