摘 要:目的探讨我军在战场卫勤信息系统建设方面与美军的差距,进一步完善我军战场卫勤信息系统建设。方法通过比较研究美军及我军战场卫勤信息系统建设现状,提出我军未来战场卫勤信息系统建设的几点建议。结果为适应未来战争需要,我军卫勤建设应树立信息化优先理念,全面推动战场卫勤信息系统建设。结论借鉴美军在战场卫勤信息系统建设方面的经验,我军战场卫勤信息系统建设应经过实践检验,在统一规划的前提下,实现综合集成发展,最终实现卫勤指挥与保障向实时化、可视化发展。应以顶层设计思想为指导,以战场卫勤保障为中心,利用信息技术外包(information technology outsourcing,ITO),以用促建。Objective To explore the gap between our military battlefield medical service information system (MBMSIS) construction and US army, and further improve our MBMSIS construction. Methods By comparative study of the construction status of MBMSIS of Chinese army and US army, some suggestions for our MBMSIS construction were presented. Results To meet the needs of future war,in our MBMSIS construction,the priority of informization should be established to promote the system construction. Conclusion Using the experience of US MBMSIS construction for refer- ence, our system construction should be tested by practice to realize the integrated development and ultimately the real- time visible development of medical command and service, using top-level design thought as instruction, focusing on battle field medical service, utilizing information technology outsourcing to promote the construction.
