摘　　要：目的立足国际、国防形势演变实际,着眼提升卫勤保障力量的快速反应和广泛动员,讨论构建并完善军民联合一体化卫勤保障体系的重要意义。方法总结对比美军与我军在实施卫勤保障的经验方法,分析当前卫勤保障的形势要求。结果随着现代化战争模式及作战武器性能发生了根本性的改变,靠单一的军队卫勤保障力量无法满足现代战争的卫勤保障需求。结论只有构建并完善军民联合一体化卫勤保障体系,才能为打赢信息化条件下本土防御战争建立坚强的卫勤保障后盾。Objective Based on the evolution of international and national defense situation, focused on increasing medical support rapid response and extensive mobilization, to discuss the significance of building a joint military-civilian in- tegration medical support system. Methods The medical support experience between US military and the People＇s Liber- ation Army were summed up and contrasted. The current situation and requirements of medical support was analysed. Results With the fundamental change of the modes of modern warfare and performance of the combat weapons, the single army medical service support forces couldn＇t fulfill the medical support requirements of modern warfare. Conclusion Building and improving the joint military-civilian integrated medical support system is the only way to create a strong med- ical support back for winning the information homeland-defense warfare.
