摘　　要：国际猎头入驻中国大陆的时间并不长。一般而言，典型的发展节点包括：20世纪60年代，欧美猎头公司进入快速扩张期。1965年，一家美国猎头公司进驻香港，开设了办事处。不久，台湾地区出现“猎人头”公司，逐渐蔚然成风。1991年，印度实行经济自由化政策之后，中国大陆就被国际猎头列为全球人力资源市场最后，也是最大的“香格里拉”。In recent years, a number of foreign headhunting companies have been facing challenges in China. Foreign headhunting companies try to copy their usual model that is used to fit in Europe or in the U.S. These companies ignore the difference between Eastern culture and Western culture, which is the cause of their failure in China.
