后路钉棒系统内固定结合后外侧植骨治疗胸腰段脊椎骨折

摘　　要：目的对后路钉棒系统内固定结合后外侧植骨治疗胸腰段脊椎骨折的临床疗效进行分析。方法笔者选取了2006年11月至2012年12月期间,在本院接受治疗的110例胸腰脊椎骨折患者,其中68例为男,42例为女性,年龄为14～83岁,平均(46.16±7.2)岁,采用后路钉棒系统内固定结合后外侧植骨对其进行治疗,并对其临床情况进行了回顾性分析。结果患者椎体前后缘高度和Cobb角度有了显著的改善(P<0.05),且脊髓神经也得到了明显的提升(P<0.05)。结论后路钉棒系统内固定结合后外侧植骨治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To analysis the efficacy of treating posterior pedicle screw fixation combined with posterolateral clinical by thoracolumbar vertebral fracture. Methods Selected 110 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture patients whom were treated in our hospital during 2006 November to 2012 in the December, there were68 males and 42 females . The ages were bteween 14 and 83 years old, the average age was （46.16 ±7.2） years old. All of them were treated with posterior screw-rod system internal fixation combined with posterolateral treatment, then analysised the clinical situation retrospectively. Results The patients with vertebral height and Cobb angle had improved obviously （ P 0.05 ）, and the spinal cord has improved obviously （ P 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of posterior pedicle screw fixation combined with posterolateral bone grafting in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures has a good effect , and it is worth to be promoted and application in actuality.
