腹部薄“蝴蝶”皮瓣修复多手指深度烧伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的对应用腹部薄"蝴蝶"皮瓣技术对多手指深度烧伤的患者实施修复治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取92例多手指深度烧伤的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组46例。采用常规植皮手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用腹部薄"蝴蝶"皮瓣技术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者手指深度烧伤病情治疗效果明显优于对照组;治疗前后TAM水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组;治疗操作时间、术后住院时间、手指功能和外观恢复时间明显短于对照组。结论应用腹部薄"蝴蝶"皮瓣技术对多手指深度烧伤的患者实施修复治疗的临床效果非常明显。Objective Study on clinical effect of repairing for the treatment of patients with abdomen ＂Butterfly＂ thin flap of finger deep burn. Method selected 92 cases of patients with multiple finger deep burn, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each an average of 46 cases. Using conventional skin grafting operation on the patients in the treatment group; the abdomen thin ＂Butterfly＂ flap technique to treat the patients in the treatment group. Results the patients in the treatment group of deep finger burn treatment condition was better than the control group; levels of TAM before and after treatment improved significantly greater than the control group; treatment of operation time, postoperative hospitalization time, finger function and appearance of the recovery time was shorter than the control group. Conclusion the application of clinical effect of abdominal thin ＂patients butterfly＂ flap technique to implement the repair treatment of deep finger burn very obvious.
