摘　　要：目的探讨心脏破裂伤的诊治要点,提高诊治的成功率。方法回顾性分析10例心脏破裂伤患者救治的临床资料。结果心脏破裂急诊手术10例,其中包括迟发型心脏破裂1例,抢救成功9例,1例术后昏迷,多器官功能衰竭,术后8天死亡。结论早期正确诊断和迅速开胸行心脏修补、解除心包压塞和止血是成功抢救心脏外伤的关键。对于极度危重,尤其是濒死或心脏已停跳的患者,主张心脏按压进手术室,紧急建立股动脉插管,同时行紧急开胸。Objective Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac rupture,improve the treatment success rate.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 10 cases of rupture of heart trauma.Results 10cases of emergency operation of cardiac rupture,including 1 cases of delayed cardiac rupture,9 cases of successful salvage,1 cases of postoperative coma,multiple organ failure,died 8 days after operation.Conclusios Early diagnosis and prompt thoracotomy for cardiac repair,contact pericardial compression and hemostasis is the key to successful rescue of heart trauma.For extremely severe,especially near death or cardiac arrest patients,advocated the heart pressing into the operation room,emergency to establish femoral artery catheterization,and emergency thoracotomy.
