摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT重建技术在脊柱创伤患者中的应用价值。方法对40例脊柱创伤患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,并通过表面遮盖显示(SSD)、多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)进行重建处理。对患者病变部位、范围以及解剖结构等进行比较分析。结果 40例患者均发生椎体骨折,椎管狭窄14例,寰枢关节脱位7例,小关节脱位13例。多层螺旋CT重建技术能有效弥补X线以及普通CT在脊柱创伤患者诊断中的不足。结论多层螺旋CT扫描后重建技术显像更加直观、立体、清晰,降低了漏诊率,有着较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of multislice spiral CT reconstruction technique in spine trauma patients.Methods 40 patients with trauma of spine multi-slice spiral CT scanning,and reconstruction by SSD,MPR,MIP.For patients with lesion site,scope and anatomical structure,comparative analysis.Results All 40 patients had vertebral fractures,spinal canal stenosis in 14 cases,7 cases of atlantoaxial dislocation,13 cases of small joint dislocation.Lack of multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction technique can effectively compensate for the X ray and CT in patients with diagnosis of spinal trauma.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT scan reconstruction imaging more intuitive,three-dimensional,clear,reduce the rate of missed diagnosis,has a high value in clinical application.
