中药熏洗治疗过敏性紫癜87例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药泡洗治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的疗效及护理。方法选取本院87例儿童过敏性紫癜患者,将其随机分成研究组和对照组,对照组以常规方法进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上,应用中药熏洗治疗。结果研究组皮肤紫癜治疗总有效率有97.73%,和对照组的90.91%对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组复发几率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以西医学理论进行分析,此种疾病是由于免疫应答出现异常而产生的一系列身体变化,本院所应用的熏洗方剂中,鸡血藤等药物能够调节身体免疫能力,足三里、三阴交属于滋补强壮穴位,可以调节身体免疫作用,应用中药熏洗治疗方法 ,药水产生的热力作用能够激发足三里、三阴交,使其功能得到恢复;药物能够通过皮肤表层、穴位进行吸收并渗透到血液循环当中,作用到机体各器官,调节免疫、促新陈代谢。总之,中药熏洗减少紫癜消退时间,应用简便,易被接受,值得推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of Chinese medicine soaking treatment of children allergic purpura.Methods 87 cases of children allergic purpura patients,they were divided into study group and control group,the control group with conventional therapy,study group on the basis of the control group,the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.Results The treatment group of skin purpura the total efficiency of 97.73%,there was significant difference between the 90.91% and the control group（P0.05）;the study group recurrence rates are lower than control group,the difference is obvious（P0.05）.Conclusion The analysis of theory of medicine,this disease is due to a series of the body＇s immune response to abnormal changes,we applied the fumigation prescription,suberect spatholobus drugs can regulate the body＇s immune ability,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao acupoints belonging to the tonic,can regulate the body＇s immune function,the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,thermal effect of potion produced can stimulate Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,its function can be recovered;drugs can be absorbed through the skin surface,acupoint and penetrate into the blood circulation,the role of the body organs,regulating immunity,promoting the new supersedes the old.In a word,Chinese herbal fumigation and washing to reduce purpura subsided,easy to use,easy to be accepted,worthy of promotion.
