自体外周血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足14例的护理

摘　　要：[目的]总结自体外周血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足14例的护理体会。[方法]对14例采用自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足患者进行观察护理,护理内容为心理支持、药物护理、手术配合、并发症预防、健康促进行为的指导等。[结果]14例患者均于术后7～12天出院,未发生严重的移植相关并发症。术后2～3个月随访,12例患者17条肢体的肤色、肤温、冷感、疼痛均较术前改善,溃疡面愈合;2例患者糖尿病病情发展移植无效。移植总有效率85%。[结论]自体外周血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足是一种简单、安全、有效的方法,主动、及时、连续、全程的护理是移植成功的重要保障。[Objective] To summarize the nursing experience of 14 diabetic foot cases under the treatment of autologous peripheral blood stem cells trans plantation.[Methods] We nursed and observed 14 diabetic foot patients under the treatment of autologous peripheral blood stem cells transplantation,in cluding 5 aspects of nursing contents： psychological support,drug treatments,surgery cooperation,complications prevention,and guidance of health be havior.[Results] All 14 diabetic foot cases were discharged 7～12 days after the operation,without serious transplant-related complications.These patients were followed-up for 2 to 3 months.17 limbs of 12 patients were improved with skin color,skin temperature,cold feeling and pain comparing with preoperation,and ulcer was healed.2 patients with diabetes progressed and the transplantations were failed.[Conclusion] Autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in the treatment of diabetic foot is a simple,safe,effective method.Active,timely,continuous,full care is an important guarantee for trans plantation success.
