摘　　要：烟台来福士2万t固定桥式起重机的基座顶部设有超大型预埋件,施工中采用分块加工、分别吊装、样板钢板定位、高位施焊、不断纠偏、分层浇筑混凝土的施工方法,使预埋件实现高精度安装。本技术适用于吊装高度高、构件尺寸大、整体安装困难、安装精度要求高的预埋件安装工程。There are super large embedded parts on the top of the base of 20 thousand tons fixed bridge crane from Yantai Ruffles.In the construction,it takes several construction technologies to make sure high precision installation of the embedded parts,such as block processing,hoisting,sample steel plate,high place welding,continuous rectification,stratified concreting.This kind of technology is usually used in parts installation project,which has high hoisting position,large size,difficult for integral installation and high installation precision.
