关于双学位教育的几点研究意见

摘　　要：进入新世纪后,随着中国社会经济的发展,社会对人才的需求从过去的专门人才向复合型人才转变。开展双学位教育为学生提供了开拓学习的机会,满足学生个体发展的需要,为培养跨学科的复合型人才提供平台,从而更好地满足社会需要。在就业市场中,复合型人才日益受到用人单位的重视。双学位教育作为人才培养模式的一种改革尝试,许多高校进行了实践,取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一定的问题。本文主要针对双学位教学中的一些教学及其管理方面问题进行剖析,并结合调查提出解决方法及意见。After entering the new century, with the development of social economy in China, the society changed the demands for talent from professional talents to versatile talents. The implementation of double degree education provided learning opportunities for students, met the needs of students＇ development and provided the platform for training interdisciplinary versatile talents so as to meet the demand of society. In the employment market, the versatile talents got increasing attention fi＇om employers. As a reform attempt of talent training modes, the double degree education was carded out in many colleges and got a certain achievements, but some problems still existed. The paper mainly analyzed the problems in the teaching and management of double degree education and out forward some solutions and su,,~,estions accordine to the investieation situations.
